Crafted from the finest hand-selected grapes on DAOU Mountain, the 2023 vintage reveals lavish aromas of blueberry, plum, cherry pie, thyme and vanilla bean accented by toasted oak and crème brûlée. Matures for 22 months in rare fine-grain pink oak (bois rosé).
