Azúcar Estate Late Harvest Primitivo

Robust and elaborate, the fruit for Azúcar was picked in early December. The extended hang-time allowed the berries to become very sweet and dense. Look for aromas of raspberry tart and vanilla while sensing the unique ripe qualities of a late harvest wine.
