Muddled wild strawberries and mulberries are juxtaposed against citronella and garigue. Anise seed, petrichor and red plum notes fill out this massively complex wine. The earthy, savory nature of the blend keeps the open generous textures in check as the finish sails on and on in perfect harmony.

Notes of spiced damson plums, sugared strawberries, and prosciutto greet your nose right from the start. Underpinnings of Hibiscus flower, Earl Grey, and forest floor chime in to support this wine's earthy nature. Crunchy red fruits and peppery spice frame the palate, where the tannins are balanced by a silky texture.

Sacred Burro

Enticing aromas of blackberry, lavender, Sichuan peppercorn and tamarind merge on the seductive nose. The lively palate opens with cherry, orange zest, and an explosion of umami flavors – notably porcini and nori. The midpalate starts robust with a supple texture that is quickly focused with a core of fruit flavors and precise acidity.

The 2022 Viognier explodes from the glass with aromas of Meyer lemon, peach pit, wet stone, and botanicals. Incredibly lively on the palate, this beautiful white offers notes of nectarine, melon and shortbread. It's at first silky and rich on the entry but quickly evolves with focused acidity on the incredibly long-lasting finish.
